Our Governance Model
The Governance and Management team at JDC Welfare UK will play a vital role in overseeing strategic decision-making, operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance. They manage IT systems and communication initiatives to support the charity's mission of funding healthcare, education, and community service projects. This multidisciplinary team is responsible for effective procurement, financial processing, content production, legal affairs, continuous improvement, implementation support, public relations, and risk management, ensuring the smooth operation of the organization across all areas.
